How do we pay you back?
How we repay you is fully in which way you have paid.
Have you paid with iDEAL?
Then we deposit the payment back into your account. When you have paid with your credit card and you have returned your full order, we will refund the amount to your credit card. Did you only return part of your order? Then we also refund the amount to your ideal or credit card account. We do not have access to your account details. Everything is arranged with our payment provider Multisafepay via a secure SSL connection (you can read more about an SSL connection here ). Have you been to one of our stores and did you pay there? Then we will ask you your account number so that we can refund the amount.
Where can I find the status of my refund?
The status of your refund can unfortunately not be found anywhere, but we assure you that the payment is made within 3 working days after the return shipment.
I have not received a refund.
It varies per bank how long it takes before the reimbursement is on your account. We always pay 3 working days after handling the return shipment. Is the amount after 5 working days not yet on your account? Then contact customer firstname.lastname@example.org .
I have not received an invoice, where can I still request it?
You can easily download your invoice on your Eurofuncenter account. Do not have an account? Then contact customer service and give your order number. We will then send you the correct invoice immediately.
