I placed an order?

First of all, thank you for ordering from Eurofuncenter. What's going to happen now. We're going to make sure your ordered stuff is neatly packed and delivered to you quickly. Because we have several branches, we will first collect everything at Zevenhuizen and then it will be shipped. 


Confirmation by mail. You will receive a number of emails from us with confirmation of the order, notification of the carrier etc. Don't you get them. Please check your spam mail.

Status of the order:

This will be sent to you from the carrier that has been selected. This is usually somewhere around 12 o'clock in the evening. If you don't get the notification, it is possible that the parcel has not been offered yet. The track and trace will be sent to your specified e-mail address.

Shipping or pickup

We ship for FREE in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg from orders of €50,-. This applies to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg on our entire range. Except booms, windsurfing and sup boards. More info about shipping costs can be found on our page Delivery time - Shipping costs

Delivery time: 

We have a delivery time of 1-2 working days. But as a rule, orders placed before 4pm on a working day will be shipped the same day. If we do not make it, you will receive a message from us. If you are in a hurry with your order, please indicate this in the comments and we will see what we can do for you.

Pick up

If you choose to pick up at one of our branches, we will make sure that the items in the branch in question are in your name. Considering our internal transport, this may take a day. You will always be informed by email or phone when it is ready for you to be picked up. Check our shop page for the addresses


Cancellation of your online order is possible within 14 days after shipment of the order. (You have 14 days to cancel and then 14 days to return it, so together more than 30 days) You will find the shipping date on the delivered invoice and receipt. Within this period you may view and/or try on the article, unless otherwise stated. Only possible with unused items.

Our return procedure:
1. Returning your purchase is at your own expense. Returning it to one of our stores is free of charge!
2. Please also use the return form to return your order. Then we will be able to process your return the quickest. The article must be unused at all times and packed in the original packaging with an attached price tag or sticker. The fitting of clothing or wetsuit is not seen as use, pumping up a kite and sailing with it for a day, is...
3. You can drop off the return package at the post office.

We are not responsible for filling in incorrect name and address details (Name, address, place of residence) so that orders can be delivered correctly.

Eurofuncenter reserves the right to refuse returned products or to credit only part of the amount already paid when the product is damaged through your fault. If a product is returned that, in the opinion of Eurofuncencenter, is damaged due to an act or omission by you or is otherwise at your risk, Eurofuncenter will notify you in writing (via letter or e-mail).

When the return has been received in good condition, the amount will be credited to the account you have paid within 7 working days.

Returning items purchased in the SALE!

PLEASE NOTE: We have changed the rules for returns for online SALE purchases! Returning items to one of the stores is free of charge. Returns may also only be calculated by us
€ 7.50 per article for handling costs.


Send your order back and order the new product on our website. Exchange in one of the shops is of course no problem.

Packing materials

As we try to take the environment into account, we ship as much as possible in recycled boxes. After all, it's the content that counts.

Is there anything else I should consider...?

Watch out for snowboards! Our experience shows that brands with a flip/flop base can cause surprises. We try to be as careful as possible to make sure that the right picture matches what we send, but it can differ. Ask specifically when you want a special color bottom, then we will do our best.

My product broke down do I have warranty...?

When you order something from Eurofuncenter it is new, unused and ready to go. Or it has to be mentioned differently with, for example, test material. In the unlikely event that something is wrong with a product, you can, after consultation via +31(0)852733311 or [email protected], return it or bring it to one of our branches. All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. The duration of this warranty varies per supplier. No warranty are damages due to excessive or incorrect use. Usually you can decide for yourself whether or not a damage is covered by warranty. If you have any doubts, please contact us. Together we will look for a suitable solution.

I have a complaint... ...what should I do...

Do you have a complaint tell us. Then we'll solve it together! We're an organization built on people and people sometimes make mistakes. So don't hesitate if you're a bit troubled and report a problem. If we don't find a solution, what then is it possible to report your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur. If that does not work then you can go for the ultimate and submit your complaint to the ODR platform of the European Commission. If your complaint is not dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via this platform of the European Union.

The prices at the time of ordering an article are applicable. All prices include the statutory VAT. Your payment is made via a secure SSL environment.
