With the new Click Bar you experience maximum comfort while kiting. By being able to control the de-power at the side of the bar, you avoid having to bend over far to reach the de-power strap. This is great in gusty conditions but also when you get very tired in the lower back during your long session.
New for 2023 is the new Iron Heart system. When you have released it and want to put it back together again, this is now easier than ever! The loop no longer needs to be disassembled but is a click-and-go principle. This is very handy when you want to launch your kite again in an awkward position.
The 2023 clickbar is also equipped with the latest FLITE99 lines. These lines have less stretch and therefore you will experience an even better response and feeling with the kite. The bar comes in 2 sizes. The S comes with 20+2m lines and the M with 22+2m lines. Which size you prefer to ride is very personal and depends on many factors. For freestyle and/or sizes smaller than 10m2 we recommend the S on the 22m lines setup. For sizes 10m2 and larger and/or freeride, we generally recommend the M with a 24m line setup. The chickenloop should be ordered separately. Freeriding is best done with the freeride loop and freestyle is of course recommended with the freestyle loop because it is easier to hook in and out.
If you are a freeride kiteboarder and are looking for ease of use, the clickbar is clearly preferable to a standard bar.
