Duotone Kiteboarding Dice 2020
Who's the Duotone Dice for?
Beginner: It's not really a beginner's kite, but we've seen several people start with the Dice. Partly because of the good depower and water relaunch this can work well. We're just talking about a high performance Freestyle wave kite, so it will punish steering mistakes a bit faster. For the sportive and progressive beginner fine. Are you a bit more insecure or do you just want to freeride as a goal, then you might want to watch a Duotone Evo, Rebel, or Mono.
Freerider: Although it is not a real freeride kite, you can enjoy cruising with an occasional jump. If you like to sail with a kite that steers a little faster and reacts then the Dice is also a great choice!
Freestyler hooked in: So... google on Lasse Walker or King of the air... Then you'll see that this kite comes into its own here. High jumps, thick kiteloops. if Freestyle is your thing, then the Dice is for you.
Freestyler/Wakestyler unhooked: Here too, the Dice is totally at home. Because of the good slack (pressure drop in the kite during a hooked out jump) and pop, a lot of kiters from radical C-kites have switched to the Dice. You still have everything you need for crocheted tricks, but also the possibility to go into the waves, and have more hangtime. Also, the wind range is better than with a real C-kite. So do you still have an old C-kite and are you looking for something new? The Dice will be your new best friend.
Wave rider: Freestyle and Wave. And Wave he sure can! Pro Rider Matchu Lopes for example uses the Dice for his wave riding. It drifts (that your kite goes with you when you're surfing and you're not surfing under your kite) so it's also perfect for kiters who want to jump with their twin tip, but also want to grab some waves with their directional wave board.
Strapless freestyler: This is definitely possible! The wave properties and pop make the Dice a great kite for this.
Foiler: Not a dedicated foil kite, but goes great for occasional laps on your foil. The Dice does come into its own best in strong winds and is therefore a bit less in really soft winds than for example a Duotone Mono or Juice.
Now I want the Eurofun story, what kind of kite is it?
The Dice, where to start. Maybe the most popular kite of the moment. It is so versatile that anyone who is a beginner can sail it. (and even some beginners)
It is a Freestyle and wave kite and this is also what he is very good at. From beginner level Freestyle or wave to expert. You can sail it with boots and handlepasses, strapless in the waves, pulling thick kiteloops or just cruising with your twintip. Are you someone who wants a highperformance, responsive kite, freestyle and wave? Come and get it and join almost the entire Eurofun crew. (More than half of the Eurofun crew also sails with the Dice)
